I think people are getting ahead of themselves, if they decided to bring in marriage I wouldn't surprised if same-sex marriages are there too These are just suggestions
Moreover, it would be good after a 7 days, an animation of the player and his wife out of the hospital crying because they lost their beloved baby. Then another player, it could be your child, just ask: "Will you be my child?" Or an animation that the baby was stolen by thieves, then you already know. Could have other animations, too!
Still saying this is not Sims... I dont want marriage and etc. and friendship meter etc. But i like that NPC's can be your friends (completing quests for he: build a house for he, save a planet etc.)

yes, but marriage is in that game is almost completely useless. without Hearthfire, its kind of stupid to get. except for the cash. which is useless because you get TONS already.
