I would most certainly tag this as a mod suggestion, reasons explained quite informatively above. The idea itself is relatively nice but insanely complex, in ways. I still love it all. A title is a title, no matter what it's called, it must communicate the majority of what the thread is about. Incoherently contemplating about titles wont get anyone far, to be fair with you. Good idea.
