Drop lag, anyone else?

    I'm just asking this here to see if anyone else is getting this problem. Every time I pick something up, the game lagspikes badly. I can't mine anymore because of this. This may be due to some client-side mods, so I'd like to know if anyone else is having this problem before I officially report it. Other than a few client-side mods, I'm running the server and the game on my Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M, 24GB RAM gaming laptop.

    My msinfo32 says "Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz, 2401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)" I may once have known what that means.
