Oohh... if ocean planets are going to be pitch black on the deep levels, maybe you could have a bioluminiscent fish swimming around you as an underwater lantern?
It reminds me of Satorl Marsh in Xenoblade Chronicles: This was the last game that took my breath away with scenery alone. Hard to believe this comes from a wii game. Come to think of it, that game is almost entirely jampacked with amazing vistas...
Those are looking awesome, I hope they are made as collectable items so can decorate my home planet and other things with them.
I love this! I'm not sure what biome is my favorite any more. I'm going to have so much fun with my floran's tree village/garden
Hm... I reccomend looking at the game Aquaria for inspiration for either the style of everything, or even the notion of Ocean planets having their own biome's. This coould extend to having that NPC-biome system to work. And have the deep dark of the ocean be different in retrospect to say, a Coral Reef biome, where the fish race could live. Just a few suggestions. ^^
I approve of glowy tree. ... We should be able to extract the glowy-genes from the trees and fuse them with armour
Why waste it on armor? Glowing fish, cats, and even people are at your disposal! Who wouldn't want a glowing cat?
