I am really great starbound builder, atleast what i think. So i started building huge cities on my barren planet, some cities are under civil war, some not. And i would like to make Civil Planet and War Planet with the cities featured, i would like to make the planet a wasteland with maybe some dust storms and villagers (without colony deeds)
I have to note you didn't actually ask a question there But I'm guessing the gist is you don't know where to start? I suggest reading the threads you that turn up here. Some of that would be classified as tutorials. Others are people trying to figure it all out so they would address the sort of questions you'll run into. One thing though I'll tell you right off, download Tiled 0.15.2 rather than the most up to date version. The newer versions are going to give you problems in Starbound.
