Closed Crash on death, base gone

Hi!

I died to an animal, near my base.
When killed the game crashed.

When i got back in game things looked weird.
The spaceship is completely dark ( all lights and terminals are gone )

And my planet base is missing all placed objects, such has my furnace, anvil etc.
Also all my planted crops where gone.
All that is left is the walls that are part of the tilemaps.

I'll post the log and screens when i get back from work.
