blocks?

I've been looking up lots of blocks and features from 1.3.0, including the mech building station, the space station
sloped blocks, etc, now the version that all these things were version 1.3.0(as mentioned earlier) , though when i quit my game it says starbound-1.2.3b(is this the version), am i still in a previous version of the game?, if so is there a way to update my Starbound account so that it is in the most version(1.3.2?)

and P.S have the astro blocks and other features mentioned earlier just removed and i have never noticed?
