    What time will the game come out? For example, if I pre-order now will I be able to play at midnight GMT?

    So that's a no, I now need to wait till 6pm UTC. Can I pre-order tomorrow before it beta is released?

    You will be able to pre-order and play the beta until the full game is released. After that you can only purchase the final version.
