I've just read what what had to deal with, @Spike ... and I'm so, so happy you didn't do that... sure there are days in our lifes, when we don't know which way to go anymore... and we feel completely lost... sucide might seem to be the easiest way - it would really get you out of your trouble... but then there would be nothing, but empty... people deal with their problems, because they want to live without them...
Such days could be likened to winter... it's cold, grey and dark... especially in history, winter meant time of hunger and despair... and sometimes such winter may come to us... but in the end, if you endure, like after any other winter, the spring will come... it can be really, really hard to go through such time, but there are people who will be happy to aid you, to share your burden and help you overcome these cold and dark days... those people are your friends... I can't speak for the others, but if you ever needed anything, you can always ask me and I'll do my very best to help you... after all, you taught me a valuable lesson the very first day I joined this thread... for that I thank you very much!

These things might be easy to say for me... I admit I haven't been through any serious trouble... but I just can't even think of ending my own life... I'm just not ready to end my own life... I mean, there are so many things I'd like to experience... and... am I wrong if I think you too?
