Speaking of Cons.Does any know something about bigger Brony cons in Austria/Germany?

I'm not sure about cons solely located in Austria or Germany, but I know quite a few cons like GalaCon or BUCK are usually located around Europe, but the location usually varies.
I know GalaCon was in Germany this year, but I'm not sure as to next year.
All I can say is keep an eye on EQD since they usually post quite a bit of info about cons, but usually closer to con season (which is usually late spring through summer), and to check out this site on occasion, since they may post info there.

 

I had a quick peek at the prices and Jesus Christ I don't have that kind of money! My wallet is a complete void and will probably be for the next couple of months. ;_;

 

Well like Red said, those rooms will probably (italicized because I have no idea for certain) last until March or so, so just keep saving! But my best advice would be to definitely try to get one of those discounted rooms if you can get the money, even if you reserve the room before you register for our badge, because once they're out of those rooms, other rooms will be quite a bit more expensive.

If I do happen to go, you guys have to promise to stay close to me. I am assuming it is a fairly big city, a city I know absolutely nothing about, miles and miles away from home.

 

I'd be the same, and I live in America. It's 1,200 miles away from where I live, and I've never been to the northeast in my entire life

Just stay close to the con area and surrounding restaurants and you'll be fine, and I'm sure a few a us will be there, so there should be nothing to worry about.

 

Same here. The furthest I have ever been was the Canary Islands. But they are a part of Spain, so technically I was still in Europe.

 

I've never left America either. Heck, I've only left my state like, five times in the past 15 years. Teh roots have been planted, it seem.

 

I've been all the way to Guam and all over the US, it's rather fun but can get old when you're moving every two years.

 

Sure, I wouldn't mind! The city itself is pretty big, but for the most part you really won't need to leave the area around the convention center, unless you decide to eat at a restaurant a little ways away from it.

The only time I've ever left the US was to take for a stop in British Columbia up in Canada as a part of an Alaskan cruise.
