Under normal conditions, cloacae and mammalian genitalia would be incompatible, but more so, being of different genetic structure, the sperm and egg would be unable to fuse. This raises questions, however, because of the avali's technological prowess,. If they would be able to artificially combine the sperm and the egg to create a human-avali hybrid...

They don't even share the same number of chromosomes, if they even use DNA/RNA as their encoding protein, not to mention their RNA polymerase-equivalent enzyme probably doesn't use the same codons . There is wayyyy too many barriers to making a hybrid
