I was going to call him The Black Death. But that sounds cheesy and kinda lame.
His real name is Sirius Halestrom, and he isn't exactly happy with murder, as you'll see. Eventually.
There's quite a few inspirations to him as well when it comes to his appearance and weapon choice- they're probably a little obvious.
Bonus points to you if you can tell me where his first and last name come from/are based off of.

It's not how he got them that's the problem- it's mostly a logical issue. Unless bionic arms and their ports are replaceable, it might not make sense, since Sirius isn't even 25.

I'm highly tempted to put a bounty on Sirius, but I'm unsure about it... Like I am with giving him robot arms.
EDIT: Never mind, he has a bounty now. Now I just need to decide on robot arms already.
