Well there ARE vending machines in starbound,so a Equivelent to cola HAS to exist somewhere in the universe.but maybe they only accept coins and you only have pixels.

 

Maybe the only accept Bigcoins.

 

I was making a vending machine that took pixels, but then I found out that scripts can't access the player's cash amount.

If I remember my lore correctly, Bigcoins exist entirely in the mind of gullible apes. You can't insert a figment into a coin slot.

 

It depends on how good your brain surgery is.

 

You could make it a crafting object and make the Drinks and snacks need pixels in order to crafr (Or buy.)
