I agree entirely, they will have to either move the worlds back into the player file or come up with a registry and check system for it. it makes sense the worlds are in the universe file, but I hate losing a perfectly good procedurally generated universe just to put a new character on a different planet.

i just wipe player and universe files usually before making a new character, works for me all the time.
They are in the nightlies, got added a few updates back. (I imagine their being pushed from after release to now was kind of a "sorry for the wait" thing but I don't know). But yeah, non-mod novakids are in the nightlies and will be in the next stable patch.
The Novakids so embody the spirit of sci-fi that is that final "frontier"—where in space, a western theme is so perfect for exploring the unknown.

I just hope they give us more options than those ugly Novakid armors. I wanted to use them because ever since the original showing way back during the pre-order goals. Maybe their copper armor will look like it used to. That's what my Floran ran around in for the whole game (costume slots).
yeah man! When they first got added to the nightly they had a rusty revolver. Guess they're still balancing it. You can still spawn it with /spawnitem rustyrevolver 1 New nova armors are well sharp! Also, guess people have noticed that staffs are coming along, some proper experi-mentalness, just saw that a new avian one has been added in Kawa's diffs..
No, not particularly. I've thought that a lot for various updates, and it isn't always a new feature.
Novakids are suposed to start with guns but they need to be balanced to be on par with other races starters. Otherwise novakids will be the "best race" due to starting with a ranged weapon.
I think that it'll do good if you need to repair the gun later, so that you either have it to use later instead of searching, or so that you don't need to balance it.
