On this planet there is also a flying ship with Avian weapon vendor.

 

COORDS: X: -66077181 Y: -72399598 X Theta Vir 31 Arid level 10. Lots or rubium and abandon apex labs. to the left there is a glitch village and later on a tech chest with a human mech. There are some other chests on the surface.

If this was the planet you mentioned, the "mushroom people" you were talking about were actually Florans, although there was indeed an Avian Airship, to the left of spawn.
