Bug/Issue Alex's tenth heart event is not triggering

I had acquired ten hearts on Alex quite a while ago, but since I started playing Stardew Valley again today, I don't think the time in between affects that.

Anyway, I had been playing for a few hours on Stardew Valley today, hoping that the event would have triggered at some point, but it hasn't. It has been more than two weeks in-game and I have not gotten the letter to meet at the saloon. I'm guessing this is a bug/glitch. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

*I play Stardew Valley on Windows 10, if that helps any.
