I threw the music (outside of their folder) into the asset/songs folder. Restarted Starbound a few times. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I downloaded packs from this thread: http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/songs-of-starbound-songs-pack.47041/
Let me Clarify - A mod author is responsible for tech support for his or her own mod pack. The first step is to ask in the thread of the mod. The mod author may not be active any more but users who have downloaded the mod still are. They are the best people to ask if the particular mod is working or not.
