Are you saying that you'll be making the party at 19:00 in your time zone? If it is that, it will be ok for me! Also, to make it easier for everyone:

Party time in GMT+0 will be at 23:00.

To check your time zone, an how many time you should add or remove from the "GMT+0" time, check this site and do the following:

Check what time is it right now in your place, check what time is it in London, calculate the difference between your local time and London time, (It can be negative or positive), sum that result into the GMT+0 party time and you get the time of the party in your time zone!

 

Doesn't it say in the op he's GMT+7?

 

I say that we use GMT, I find it simpler, and nobody lives in -7, so I always haveto do some mafs.

 

I'm not so sure since he says "+/-", that confused me xD

By the way, i didn´t read the edited first post, so you may be right :$.

If it is at his 12:00 PM, then the party will be at 4:00 AM (GMT+0)
