Hmm I wonder will there be submersible vehicles and if so can more than one member of your party traverse inside of them with you? It doesn't really matter either way though it would be really convenient if your entire groups heading to the same place in an ocean together anyway.

Well you don't need to bag on the spiritual predecessor to Starbound. It was a great game even if its ocean wasn't amazing.

 

That is possibly the most obscure resolution I have ever seen.
