Energy on Grappling hook, eheh, not that over-powered anymore The variety of everything, even the NPCs to be complex enough is just great.

I've got a lot of respect to Chucklefish for what they're doing. They bend over backwards to meet our needs, the consumers, with everything they do.. and yet, they still know how to draw their boundaries by doing things when they feel ready and not being pressured. It's just something that occurred to me and I thought I should highlight it and thank the good ol' guys and gals at Team Chuckles for all their hard work.
Now that this kind of post is out of the way maybe we can get along to some discussion. I like that the Glitch Guards have this kind of appropriate medieval armour, but I have to wonder do all guards get the same set of gear as a uniform (as I hope they do) or perhaps a sloppy mismatch of armour like a town militia? Time will tell I suppose.
I swear I'm going to die by the NPC's so many times... Anyway, it's good to here that things are getting close to finishing now. No rush devs
I never hyped on anything as much as im doing on Starbound. You guys really are doing a great job! Cant wait to make the guards call me criminal scum.
Hey, I know your busy but I got a quick question about the beta. When it opens do you plan to have the Novakid available or are they still to much of a WIP to implement?
An energy cost on the grappling hook is fair game, and was totally expected. It would have made traveling across, well...everything, a little TOO easy with it had it not had an energy cost. This balances it out quite nicely. Glad to see that NPC work is still coming along well, too.
It seems that I'm only one who dislikes idea of grappling hook consuming energy. Anyway,who cares. Carry on,Chucklefish! Good work!
I don't like it either, but as long as we can still regenerate energy while dangling, and running out of energy won't completely detach you from it, I'll live.
