As another note, is there any issue of stray bullets from a fight outside of town flying all the way into some poor birdwatcher's face? This might also be an issue regarding exactly how far bullets travel.
This update is all kinds of awesome...... I am really liking the NPC behaviours adds so much depth to the game. And OMG that entrance to that dungeon looks amazing........Think i may have to go lay down for a while i'm feeling kinda overwhelmed. More updates like this please

I think the NPCs should have a "Reaction Time". At least take awhile to grasp the situation that is happening, and then retaliate. I didn't like the instant reaction of the victim and the defender. It would add another depth to the AI of the NPCs to have this delay. Another idea is to have this delay get smaller and smaller as the level of the NPC gets higher. But this is my two cents. Added or not. If not someone in the modding community after release (Or myself) will probably hop right on it. But it's just a suggestion.

There should probably be a way to make it so that if you misclick you don't hit a friendly and thus have the town guard nom on your face.
