Hmmm... As the updates get shorter, I can't help but feeling the bulk of things are getting done. And the fact that they missed an entire day could be a sign of focused work towards some kind of very close deadline, thus working late hours past 2400 and posting the update as they sign off. This is a good thing. I won't say what I'm thinking, so as not to jinx anything. But Everything Taken into Account, it may draw very near now.

I compared the swords: http://playstarbound.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/swords.png , with the hammers: http://playstarbound.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/QVE1Sqk.png , they look a bit different in art style. you should be able to see the difference.

Well it's automatic. Disqus was causing the site issues, and they wanted everyone to be able to comment without having to go to the news post and fiddle with Disqus. Plus it's more efficient to post once on the homepage and have it replicate a Thread here in the Forums for everyone to see. It's all about bottlenecking traffic. So yes.
Loving the artwork so far. The long wait between now and the moment my avatar can wield those beauties is agonizing. Though still I hope that in the far future we can also have a molecular synthesis tool which we can use to imbue stats from one item to a texture from some other item. Since my eyes fell in love with the tier 8 one.
I want to see those hammers transforming into shotguns or something similar. With a mechanic transformation sound.
