    Fixed a clash with some function calls with wellbotts Broadcaster items mod.

    Added a 'Tintable Spotlight' object with 6 inputs: Top three control the direction it points and its general on/off state: face down left input, on/off input, face down right input. If both facing inputs are true or both false, the spotlight points down. The bottom three control the lights red, green and blue colors.
