A purely cosmetic hoverbike alternative

    The vehicle should now be fully separated from the others and shouldn't interfere with other vehicles - vanilla or modded. It's also been updated to the script of the newer (11.03.15) vanilla hoverbike in terms of handling, but the damage animation remain unimplemented.
