Is the name of the quest 'Big Bone With Carvings?' If so it doesn't seem to be a real quest, maybe a mod?

yeah thats the quest....

Try getting an item called Bone Carving and turning it in. If you can't find it type in /admin followed by /spawnitem floranbonedisplay2 while hovering your cursor over yourself. After its spawned in type /admin again.

You don't have to use it, it's only a failsafe in case you can't find it. They should spawn in Floran villages/huts. They look like this: http://i.imgur.com/FK1hXEq.png

also do u know any like avian temples in the dangerous zone(feel free to send me coordinates)
