That's not a pentagram, it's the Arkane Seal, the family Emblem of the Arkanere family. It represents 5 black diamonds on top of 5 mountains surrounding a hollow.
It's also the Brand of my Novakid characters. I hope they add the star brand I've seen in artwork, as it's not currently in-game
