In general we take quite a laissez-faire attitude toward clan threads, and let them just do what they want. However, please feel free to report it and then a mod can look more closely at this specific case. Better safe than sorry! :)

Personally I wouldn't really consider it worth moving that thread. The OP is appears to want to build a RP clan, rather than JUST to roleplay. However if you want the thread reviewed properly feel free to use the "report" button. Cheers. :)
