It's all about first impressions at this point. I'm all for an online Elder Scrolls. The locations in this game will be ALL of Tamriel not just one province. But I think I speak for both of us when I say that the Elder Scrolls formula of game play and experience is very delicate, and that while making it an mmo is awesome, if that formula is too different it will ruin the feel of the game.
Basically the graphics engine needs to be clear crisp and as well as gritty as Skyrim's was. (Too many mmos go for cartoony looks) And the game play, as I said needs to be the same with only MILD changes if need be, in order for this game too be liked it must NOT conform to traditional mmo game play like locking on and clicking on abilities. It must feel like the others and be twitch based.
I agree, I'm mainly dissapointed that they're not waiting for next gen systems to make elsweyr. Deserts and tropical rainforests? That shits got to be on point for me to appreciate it, graphics wise :(
