Chess. I really like chess. And I really like the fact that we have chess pieces. However, one thing bothers me:

So, how are the nobles supposed to play chess, when all the statues are WHITE? Lazy developers, that doesn't make any sense! The game, the forum and whole mankind needs black chess pieces. It wouldn't be much work. Or is there even a mysterious background story about Dreadwing, the Pinguin pirate, who stole all black chess pieces? Answers! I demand answers in this disgraceful act of chess racism!

That's news to me, they really need those then! o~o

 

At least in the Glitch dungeons and the underground dungeon were you normally encounter the chess pieces. Not sure if they did change something in the Nightlies, but this bugs me since the release in the december. It's a year long Starbound beta, and we still don't have black chess pieces! It's scandalous and also a shame regarding the black chess pieces in the world.

This is ESSENTIAL to the game and my wall chess fantasies. As a chess player, i share this need and insist that this needs to be put in!

 

No point having white pieces, without having black. It's essential.
