A.V.A - Alliance of Valiant Arms.
Found it on Steam, where Steams gives you a lot of avatars from every game that has avatars attached to it.

Found this to a game that was called AVA DEV. Which no longer exists on Steam. So had to do some trickery to get the full version of this image from Steam servers, and save it locally, then upload it.

Haven't found anything like this on Google, so I think it's pretty cool. :P
