I always put false dates on things, because most sites disregard 12 and under, but now I'm 13 I put my actual date :)

Depends on what country you're in, I guess. It's illegal in some places. But so long as you're of age here I guess that's what counts. You own a company though and are making your own games, that's impressive for someone so young. Good luck.
