ZOOM OUT >1 on unstable beta

Hello I play on unstable beta (not nightly unstable!) and i want to find a way to zoom out more than what we have in game 2-3-4. How can i do that to zoom out like 0.5? Please explain to me how to do it. I dont want to play like that just to take screenshots.

 

go to starbound.cfg in the starbound folder and there's place where you can put in decimals.

 

this is all in starbound.config what should i change?

i did change the zoom level but not working know why?

 

yea, that last line is what should do it. Does it work at, say, 2.6 or something in between 1 and 3? Maybe it just doesn't zoom out that much.

Oh I know what it is. You have to change it in the unstable folder within the starbound folder, not the one in the starbound folder. Sorry about that.

 

You need to go to storage (unstable), which should be in the same folder as Starbound.config. It has it's own .config.
DO NOT SET IT AS A DECIMAL, IT WILL CRASH THE GAME! Do 1 at the least.

 

have decimals always crashed the game? I swore it worked at one point. (or is it a performance reason? yea, that's probably it)
