Don't know about crafting specifically, though it is likely. It will eventually be possible to get all of the races gear with a single character. Right now it doesn't really matter since the racial armor bonuses haven't been implemented yet. And the weapons are essentially the same.

Not sure what you're asking. All versions of the game are always updated at the same time.

 

This may sound stupid but in the game i found some kind
of purple ore and if i try to mine it it disappears and reappears somewhere else.

That same question has been asked in just about every thread, by people who ignore both the fact it's highlighted in many locations, AND it's a BETA release. To boot someone asked the same question on the same page, again failing to read before posting...

If people had any respect for themselves and the game, they would do some research before asking a question that's been well covered before, during and after the release.

Are there plans on adding CLI for server management? For example, I'd like to list who is playing from there server or say server announcements.

Also, are there commands that can be used in game that allows us to see who is the server? Link to commands?

I've searched a bit but thought I would try asking here. Does the material you use to build your home effect its durability? I ask because after encountering, and defeating, the 1st boss a couple of nights ago most of the "above ground" portion of my cobblestone home was a fractured mess. Since I've wiped that character after the last patch, the destruction was irrelvent in the long run, but I'd like to prevent that in the future if possible.

When creating Starbound, what ideas have you thought up that may have been scrapped from the game?

 

Is it only the balance that changes if you create a new character on a new world (thus monsters/damage/loot/etc), or is it about the new-added items and new locations too? I am struggling about starting the game over, and I was thinking whether there is a possibility to pass my current items to a new character on a SB server, so I'll have new char on a new world with old items.

 

It is planned. As are as many steam features as they can do.

Is there a way to beam down to a specific part of a planet? As of now, beaming back up to the ship and then down again brings me to the original spawn, which means quite a trek to get to new areas.
