Not sure what you're asking.
We are fairly certain that you download all the files to play, not be connected to an online server 24/7. That's a terrible idea.

 

Yeah, the world and player data are stored locally (in singleplayer) and on server (in multiplayer). Only changes made by players are saved, as worlds are generated procedurally (maybe except some prebuild worlds for main quest).
So game size on disk will grow in time but I don't think it will become very big.

 

Omni gave some statistics recently here regarding file/save sizes.

 

So I did a little bit of digging, just to make sure this hasn't been asked. I am not really sure if I overlooked it, perhaps? In any case. I see the world developing wonderfully. countless weapons, countless creatures, countless worlds. I would like to know... as we have quests... do we also experience personal growth? Experience, talents, jump higher, run faster, and the like? Or do we perhaps instead grow by receiving... oh I don't know, a rocket launcher that shoots fairies that explode into rainbows and dust ?

 

From what I understand, much of our stats will come from our gear level, as well as the movement bonuses you mentioned.
However, I seem to recall reading about a sort of skill tree system. I don't have much info to offer on the matter.

 

Bonuses come all from items, so no "personal growth".

 

If I remember right, the 'Skill Tree' was for Pets for their growth.

 

Will be there some nukes?

 

anyone know if there is going to tanks/hover tanks in game. I know there's going to be mechs

 

Many explosives are said to exist, alongside things that eliminate entire planets. No nukes specifically.

Mechs are all I've heard in terms of vehicle. Wouldn't say no to other vehicles, but tanks sPecifically? I wouldn't bet on it.

Will there be more colors for Avians? I would love a darker blue for the feathers.

 

I've heard rumors of a color slider, and also there will definitely be far more in game than on that character creator.
For now, anyway.

 

As Relinies already said, the current character creator is very much a beta, or possibly even half as inclusive as the real thing. So chances are, you might get a darker blue.

 

Will there be any aeroplanes (with missiles, railguns, etc)?

 

No news on this yet. Although it would be possible to have aircrafts of some sorts, I doubt we'll be seeing full on jet fighters and planes.

i watched some livestream and tiy showed us a chainsaw. If the gear is random, how can he use a "normal" chainsaw?

 

It was probably a dev item that he spawned in to show off features.
