Exactly how do you Dev's plan to implement space travel? Will there be space combat at all?
Will it be top-down, side-scroll or 3d first/third person(im guessing no on the 3d)?

 

Will I be able to play a goo-girl/goo-person? That would be amazing, particularly with associated animations, even if sort of simple.

 

Sorry if this has been asked before, but will there be aerial combat, and if so, how much of an emphasis will be placed on it? If items like jetpacks are going to be included, how much control will we have over our character when he or she is in the air?

 

I'm guessing 8-way control with gravity affecting vertical movement. maybe weather will be in as well with it's affects on flight.
either way.. it's a very valid question I would love to know the answer too.

 

Same here it would be so interesting to test it out and find every way the flight works.

The ABOUT said if you own a planet, you will be able to terraform it any way you like.

And it don't think you can travel in space without a ship

 

I guess my biggest question is of the combat naturally, will it be terraria esque?
What varieties of weapons are we expecting to see? ive notices swords and guns, anything else like hammers, axes, assault rifles, sniper, flamethrower, grenade launcher?

 

What will space travel be like? are you able to explore space as you please or only be able to go planet to planet? Will there be any spaceship battles with any intelligent space faring race? or are your people the only ones flying out there? Fully customize able ship or blueprints only?
Able to exit the ship and float in space near ship for repairs or upgrades or just snagging space junk? sorry i have so many questions

 

I've also been wondering how space travel will work. Navigation will take place via a star map, so does that mean it will be similar to say Mass Effect, where the ship serves as more of a hub to transport you and your party between star systems?

It also says there will be a lot of empty space between planets, so I'm curious as to how that will play out in game. Will it be possible to take manual control from that point via shuttle or other spacecraft, will there be any actual gameplay in space, combat?

 

How much is it going to cost? I think $20 is good.

I have several questions:
1) How many pets roughly would we be able to obtain, keep and have out at a single time?
1-4?
1-16?
1-24?
ABILLION?!?
2) Will we be "working for" the race we choose to play as and get special quests earlier accordingly?
3) How big will the battles get, giving we have the option,to pit two armies against eachother? (on land, underwater, IN SPACE?!)

lol a late post that took 4 day for my internet to post! Just pointing it out!

 

Honestly if it is generated it depends how many possibilities there are. A game that had a prodedural generated universe was Elite and maybe this game has something similar. I'd have to say that any similar map would be really gigantic...would love it

 

When they say planets will be randomly generated, I like to think that the universe is generated as you explore it, is that what you guy's mean?

 

I was wondering how much space this game is going to take up on my hard drive? i know most people, (as do i) have a few gigs free of hard disk space, so it shouldn't be a problem. However it seems like a save could get out of hand quickly if everything is randomly made then saved.

for example terraria worlds (the closest thing i could think of sorry) on my hard drive are something like 40 mb, now thats not a lot, but if you are flying around and messing around on planets and you visit 25, you hit a gig, just in the planets. the game will also have to store info on what monsters live there, weapons you find, random trees that where made, NPCs (if you left any there) etc. im sure it will stay manageable but i was just wondering what we can expect.

or on the flip side of this will we not be able to count on seeing the same animals every time we visit the same planet?
