    battlesmit Void-Bound Voyager

A Big sized sky designed planet. Massive natural lands structures (Islands) floating by either a natural or unnatural force, and the inhabitants of the world living on the Land structures. Near every land structure connected with a natural bridge of rock and grass. Water sources would be lakes ontop of the land structures and some would flow over the edge into an abyssal no mans land, where anything happens and no one has ever came back from. The seasons and how everything looked would change from island to island, and there would be random, possibly unexplored islands that would contain long-before built deserted towns and areas containing very superior items left behind by whatever previously lived on the islands.

My perfect planet...It's hard to think of just one, but here's the one that sticks out the most in my mind.

On the surface of the planet, it is desolate. No plants, no water sources, nothing. But that doesn't mean it's completely lifeless. The planet would be filled with massive underground caverns, and this is where all of the life on the planet is located. Illuminated plants are scattered around each cavern, but are most common around water sources (underground rivers/lakes.) There are passages that connect each cavern, made by the creatures that live there. Every single cavern is, one way or another, connected to the gigantic cavern at the planet's core. All of the rivers in the caverns lead to this central cavern, creating a water fall into the gigantic lake in the middle. Foliage is plentiful, creating an 'underground forest', in which many creatures thrive. Scattered throughout this labryinth are valuable resources, such as ores and the like.

Some sort off jungle planet where one does not simply walk through a jungle and not lose a limb.

    Kitsune Phantasmal Quasar

    An Aliens Vs Predator-like planet.

Basically one large half of the map is dense DENSE jungle, You can't walk straight for like five seconds, there being logs, large rocks, tons of stuff everywhere- And Creatures that tend to follow you for a bit, and if you recognize them, they will attack, and after a certain amount of time they'd attack.

Then the other half is a large, Gigantic, completely open area- No trees, the ground is black with weird bionic designs on it (Like the Xenomorph's Hive, it's basically a giant Hive.) As you reach the center of this half, a large hole is in the ground, you climb down and find tons of tunnels, and at the bottom, there's a large cave with a ton of eggs and a large boss in the center, the eggs will hatch (Could probably be done as you walk in, IE Walk in, script starts the timer on the eggs, then after say... 30 seconds, they hatch.) The eggs would hatch low level monsters that die easily but do alot of damage, and the boss would be a large tank like enemy, With massive HP and Low damage.

I know it's VERY Unoriginal, basically copying AVP, but I -LOVE- Xenomorphs, so I couldn't resist xD

My perfect planet would be a charred world filled with reptiles collected from across the galaxy and massive magma pools, I would live in a dark stone/metal fortress on a mountain with no access point but a huge bridge over a lava lake on both sides.

Backstory: it was probably different before, but like I cared about that, what other good use is their for terraforming equipment but utterly destroying a planets entire ecosystem?

The planet, Hydron 63, this planet is one big ocean, once famed for luxurious ocean cruises has now been all but abandoned due to "COUS" (Creatures of Unusual Size) attacking and sinking any and all vessels. There were rumors about deep sea bases, and that the few COUSs that had been killed looked modified somehow... Now, say one adventurer heard about said rumors, and wanted to figure out the truth of things, maybe even claim the planet and any tech & bases found...

Now that's what I call home. Soon as I got rid of the COUSs and any scientists still operating the bases.

Perfect, idealistic planet. A planet covered in grass, water and lush trees. No other life besides the plants... on the surface. But, deep below the surface there dwell masses of strange, alien creatures all evolved to survive underground. Hundreds of cavern systems, and water/gas/oil pockets. These animals, though. They live underground for the sole reason... to survive the constant cosmic storms and meteor collisions, that for some odd reason, never leave a lasting impression on this planet that seems to regenerate a day or so after the incident. :D

I would prefer a mist wreathed planet, where nothing is unspoiled mostly because everything is already dead. A planet of colored lights in the mists that beckon foolish travelers to their doom....

The ruins of their world would be grown over with a dense tide of vegetation, and minus a few buildings which had wards to prevent this sort of damage, and a castle impossibly high int he long distance, nothing intact would be left of the worlds civilization... the perfect utopia because nothing would be left to besmirch it. Minus the shrimp the size of a rottweiler of course.

Geographically, something with lots of snow. Otherwise, something heavily populated with "people". Strength comes in numbers, I guess. can't get enough pixel people.

My planet would be like this, and it would be called Teravorg:
The area in the middle is a Tower, which the guardian keeps safe from the enemy. No one has defeated him EVER. The gray spot to the right of the tower is a place called Dragon Haven, an underwater city in which most of the dragons live and prosper. The continent on the far left is home to most civilization, and the public spaceport. There, sentient forms of hedgehogs live in peace with a few dragons here and there; racism is never a problem. There are various islands, which are home to villages and resources unique to every one of them. The continent on the far right is home to most of the planet's underground operations, including mining, research, and some civilization too. The continent on the far bottom is mostly lush and tropical, with little civilization there. It was left untouched for people to enjoy and gaze at the wonders of life. There were lots of resources here too, but they were long since removed and put on the continent on the far right. Lastly, the huge obstruction sticking from the top of the planet is the aerospace research center. Teravorg is home to the most intelligent air-lovers in the multi verse, and so it would make sense for them to be making all the gadgets and gizmos. This is also where the military and private air/space ships are built and docked. Also, might I add, there are sailing ships for people to commute in the vast oceans between continents. This is my dream planet, what's yours?

Desert planet ... There are traces of old civilization, big ruined cities, sand, rocks and general lack of water. People of old used up all the resources of this planet and upset nature balance so they turned their planet in a big desert.

I would come down and set up little desert base and in time i would teraform its suroundings so there will be great oasis inside vast desert ... citiy of life on dead planet. It would grow and slowly i would teraform more and more of this planet and in time i would have my own paradise island in ocean of sand.

But where did all inhabitants has gone? Where did they hide in this hell? Underground? Or they left this planet?

A jungle planet inhabited by chameleon people called Tecklons (my race suggestion) it would have lots of tall, gigantic trees and dense scrub on the ground and in some parts there would be advance technollogical towns.

Probably a large planet with abandoned cities which are now infested with rainforests and wildlife, but with bits of civilization and technology in certain areas. Kind of a Fallout 3, Portal 2, and Prototype (Just without all the blood and insane mutants) cross.

I was thinking about a cold and harsh tundra/ice field planet, but underground I'll build a large city with many people, and maybe some small shacks all over the place. and it only has 1 supply of water, an underground lake. :)
