Your perfect planet, and its back story.

Pfffff. Screw my old idea. I want it fire. all fire. Lava trees. burning magma and my base would be in a volcano

 

My planet would be a junkyard planet, formed around an abandoned space station. it would have plants growing because dirt is also thrown away. I would live in the space station and will dig around in search of things that can be used, repaired or sold.
It would be a moon circling around a gas giant, i use the gas to power my facilities and machines.

think about it, AWESOME!!!!

a bit smaller than earth planet covered in very tropical ocean lot of it not very deep (but not all) and one giant continent thats almost completely tropical jungle except for coast with is way more flat, open and sandy.
EDIT: well it did say lore and id love to elaborate on my idea...the moon is an icy jungle btw

it is populated by one race, the werewolves, tough it is more like two as they have split into vastly different types of people. on one side the more intelligent side live in constructed bio domes under the ocean, they welcome aliens from all over the galaxy which is the reason they are so technologically advanced. and on the other side they live in tribes scattered across the land, secluded from the everything else tough they are born to survivors

 

God dang it. Everyone who posts their dream planet makes me want that planet

 

A cold and unforgiving world, a world where you fight a beast as soon as you step out your door. The mountainous regions are home to Jotuns that kill any trespassing human. The lower regions are inhabited by Nordic people who enjoy killing beasts and drinking mead all day. Various wildlife like wolves, deer, bears, foxes, etc. can be found in the Tundra and forested regions, all of which provide food and fur to the Nordic people. The mountains only mean home to one beast- a giant dragon that even the Jotuns fear. The underground is inhabited by the industrious Dwarves, who usually trade with the Nordic people for commodities only found on the surface. The Dwarves are excellent in the ways of metal and machinery. They have various contraptions that can't be found elsewhere (like the Dwarven Blunderboom, which is a literal handcannon which fires cannonballs that are quite strong despite their obsolete-ness). The Dwarves are quite greedy, and you may be able to get some good gold for selling ores and gems to them. The Nordic people generally want weapons and armor (because they usually don't last long without them) and will pay a good price for them. Somewhere up in the clouds, you may find Valhalla, an open PvP arena where there is no penalty for dying because you simply respawn with a weapon in one hand and mead in the other. NPCs will also be thrown into the mix. Players who rack up a high kill count will receive a vanity item from the gods, like a cape of Asgaard or something.

 

Sounds.Awesome. For the vanity item it could be the hammer of Thor that summons lightning or a medal of Loki which raises haggling

 

Vanity means cosmetic, though. As in, it's just for looks and has no stats. Besides, I didn't want any recognizable items (like Mjolnir or Gungir) to be dropped because we would have thousands of people walking around with Mjolnir and it wouldn't seem very special.

My planet would be like the planet from The chronicles of riddick movie in 2004, where the sun goes up it is hot up to 400* tempo deegrees, and all the planet will be settled inside fortress-underground
steeled blocks.

 

I imagine people with mini pet Nidhoggs.

 

Cephalopod VII is a planet covered completely with water. Under the surface, a civilization of fish people worship and revere the almighty Squid, a giant monster that lurks in the waters, the largest creature on the entire planet. In the end it turns out that the entire planet itself is simply one of the eyes on an unfathomably gargantuan Squid that flies through space, constantly battling an also unfathomably large sperm whale until the end of time.

And they live happily ever after. The End.​
