Pulse jump before I knew how to implement said tech. Then I created 2-3 new characters and the first tech I got with all of them were pulse jumps. Double jumps for the win!

    Rocket Jump.

Needless to say, I killed myself using it the first time.

The reason I am somewhat interested in the Morphball details was because i like to make ways into my base that "require something": like using a grappling hook to reach a platform, or double jump, to keep enemies or such out, with the morphing ball you can shrink and get into a space that perhaps certain enemies cannot... but of course like you said all this is subjective to the fact if we WANTED too we could just box the enemy in dirt:p

Pulse Jump... I prefer Energy Dash though... One of the first things I'll do on a new world is circumnavigate the planet. Energy Dash allows me to do that faster. I'll surface dig any material I see and check caves at least until I hit the point where breaking out the background doesn't produce light anymore. Pulse Jump is nice for caving, but I like Energy Dash more.

I first found Energy dash, then my world hoppin' adventures began. :iswydt:
