I present: Milkthirster

 

My very first character (in the beta) is going to be an Avian, because they are my least favorite race and as such I will be fine starting a new character when the full game comes out. Or maybe I'll change my mind, who knows? I plan to make my main character a Hylotl though.

 

Favorite race's the Hylotl, but I'll probably make a human first as the "myself" character.

 

I want to say the novakid but they're not available in the beta ;(

Ahem. But yeah, Hylotl. For some reason, I really like them. Maybe because there is more water in SB then Terraria, and breathing underwater would be really epic.
And making someone similar to a samurai or ninja fit lore-wise? Thank you, devs.

Glitch FTW!

Robots are always 110% cool, I dig the thought of Mining Faster, & Robots are awesome.

 

I love robots so Glitch were a given until I read about their lore. I'm not a fan of Medieval-based fiction, or Steampunk (Funny. I really like the concept of Steampunk and have enjoyed Steampunk movies and costumes, but I don't like Steampunk in general. I have no idea how I can really like something and completely avoid it at the same time...). So their saving grace for me is that their lore says that those who don't fit into that trapped-in-the-past era escape to the stars to start somewhere else.

So, in all reality, my first character will be Glitch, and second Human, and the Glitch will have a more futuristic viewpoint of things than his brethren.

But really, I'm sure to try all of them! Except the Apex. I'm sorry, Apex fans! No hate here, just the ape-people thing isn't for me!

I hope we get bug-people eventually! Love insect aliens. I would also enjoy a purely alien species, not based on an animal, and a reptile species.

EDIT: I've seen a couple of the descriptions Tiy has been working on. I like the Glitch input the best.
