The guy who put these in last time was OmnipotentEntity. (who is neither an Admin or a Mod... he's a Dev)

 

But a mod request is worth more than user one, I think.

 

If the "" guy is put in the smilies list, I'm going to spam my sig with it, along with all of teh comments I write...

 

Its up to the administrative team as to if it gets in or not, Omni is a dev, who are all administrative level.
