This is probable since the item description for Spirit of the Night is "Scary!" and part of the URL for the emote is scarything-png.

 

Is it from Binding of Isaac? Never seen that before.
In fact I just drew a "generic" scary thing, and named it scarything.png cause..well, it's scary

Yep. It's a Binding of Isaac item. Might be WotL only, though.

Coincidentally I was inspired by your scarything and made these:
= less scarything (I never took the trouble to add transparency)
= the file says "imhappyreally", but now I think it just looks weird
