Your Custom Mech

Mine would have to be a drill type mech or submersible one. Less combat, more causing the planets crust to shift and collapse in on itself. killing anything on the surface by sucking it into a canyon.

I would use this device to end many civilizations and send every world back to the stone age! Then I will take my place as their Gods. Yessss.

 

It would be a big generic mech with a chainsaw on one arm and it can fit in an even bigger mech with an even bigger chainsaw and that mech can fit in an even bigger mech that has a really big knife.

 

i would probably have like one hand that could dig up a little dirt to like harvest plants and like a little either net or a bubble device i can put around animals to capture them

 

My mech would serve me poptarts, and shoot rainbows behind it as it moved.

I want Gundam Wing Zero. with the beamsword, the big laser cannon, and the gattling guns in the shoulders

 

Black, with green lights. Something shaped like Magitek armor (obviously without the magic ability, just the claws) would be lovely.

 

Why no magic? It's sci fi, Magic and advanced Tech are staples in this genre

 

Magic isn't really, but I'm arguing that elsewhere so let's not.
Maybe the beam abilities, beams are very technical.

 

Pretty sure that magic has been confirmed not in the game.

 

Mine would be a small robot that when i'm very old and my brain starts to malfunction It will go in there and fix me up.

 

How long exactly are you going to play Starbound for? ^.^; Are you sure you don't want something more conventional?

I will concede the point. However, there are enough techno substitutes to have those effects. Plasma projectors, Cryo cannons, and Tesla throwers for example.

 

There's nothing wrong with sci-fi write-offs for similar powers, but it has to have some kind of sciencey explanation. Some of the Magitek stuff doesn't, although I guess I could also keep the TekMissle.
