    Theta mech (the big red one) is next up
    fixing the lua for it atm, then will need to fix the animations
    might see if i can fix railgun so you can't kill teammates ;)

    as my profile says : "please post your starbound.log somewhere like pastebin and give me a link"

    you can find the log in your giraffe_storage folder

    if i had to guess, i'd say you tried to spawn a mech that isn't done yet

    ronin rho is next after theta (which is nearly done - update should be out within 24h)

    If you are interested in a fix, there is an "invisible" status effect you can use at \stats\effects\invisible\.

    0. Enable file extensions on Windows (google it)
    1. Navigate to your Starbound installation (ex. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound)
    2. Open the giraffe_storage folder and open the starbound.log file (NO NUMBERS AT THE END) in a text file editor (ex. Notepad.)
    3. Copy everything within, and open http://pastebin.com in your internet browser.
    4. Paste your copied log file text in the pastebin, add a title, click "create paste" and link the result here in another post.

    If you installed multiple mods in one sitting, don't rush to blame any one in particular. Look for the evidence within the log file first, because it logs game errors.

    I first recommend reinstalling the latest version of Racial Gameplay Variation. All the errors labeled as "rgv" are from an older version of that mod which did not properly patch into some vanilla items, and it seriously slows down game loading.

    Second, you installed XS Mechs twice. Delete both installations and use the latest update. Try launching the game with those changes.

    After that, please follow the procedure again and link another pastebin of your updated log file.

    oh you tried to use the tech chip unlock quest before i removed it - that was only for upbeat & spirited giraffe
    uhhh .. you will probably need to edit your char with starcheat and remove the tech
    or upload char files somewhere and i can fix it

    edit: yeah, do what mack said .. the xsmechs.modpak is ancient and will not work at all - i don't use modpak except for 1 of my mods (celestial cosmos)

    so, doing a bit of pre-research for Rho mechs.. i'm not sure i can make them fully functional :(
    i can't seem to find any way to read the state of the Shiift keys - or i'm using the wrong name for it

    boolean vehicle.controlHeld("<seatname>", "<keyname>")
    known usable keynames are:
    left/right/up/down, jump, primaryFire, altFire
    have tried:
    may need to change any functionality that used shift (besides run)

    @Wyvrn101 : yes, i have written it so they will work in Glad Giraffe (the stable version) and Cheerful Giraffe (the nightly)

    @LoPhatKao yes,i did.i though the folder was the outdated one,i thought the .mpak was the outdated one.also the avli mod is incpatable,you cant use the mod with a avil char
