    Ok, this home world is very dangerous. We found four Apex labs and were continually assaulted by these overpowered dickbirds while we were setting up the initial structure. I have taken to calling flying mobs "gunships".
    Here is a picture of a pair of gunships assaulting our base.

    They're not too hard if you have pulse jump equipped. The main reason why they're so hard is because they fly out of jump-melee range. That and they do absurd amounts of damage. In fact, ALL ranged monsters do absurd amounts of damage.

    Where is everyone thinking that ranged monsters do absurd amounts of damage?
    So far all the ranged monsters have is absurd knockback. I'm more prone to dying from being knocked off a cliff than dying from the damage taken. I usually only take about 2-3 bars from the damage itself, then 93 damage from the fall. :(
