Draconians are the property of Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman the writers of the main beginning of the Dragonlance Series. As far as I know, they are not part of the Open Gaming License.

 

Us old furries are such killjoys with our knowledge

 

Hylotl settlements and dungeons aren't in the game yet. And neither are humans' towns.

 

I think ocean planets are in but might be beta tier or more, have to check the assets again,
