I've pretty much finished my drawing of Rho. Not going to shade.

The server isn't coming on that soon, probably wait until after the next game update. Sorry about that, my pet's actually out on holiday.

 

I haven't been on the Wyrd clan page for a while, but I have a server the clan could use.
It's a dedi (24/7), but I'm the only one on it right now so yea. I'd like to give out the IP but I'd rather not post it publicly.

 

Guys, i think the pickaxes should mine faster in the middle, semi-faster in the sides and normal speed in the corners. Do you think this is a good idea? I can't be bothered to dig through /suggestions/ to see if it's already been posed, though...

 

I think that if you shift-click it should go Defaut Tool Radius times faster. So a pickaxe would mine a single block 9 times faster than mining all 9 blocks.

 

honestly i like it the way it is going 9X faster would make it a bit hard to control since you would insta-smash everything. The thing that annoys me the most atm (outside of poor optimization) is guns/bows indiscriminately destroying things if they hit blocks and guns breaking blocks in general. It sounnds like a cool feature at first but for me its just annoying.

Also WOW that train is amazing!

 

Well shift-clicking is already supposed to be for precision work, so you should already be careful when using it.

Easiest way to find platinum is to look for chests and containers with it in.. It's pretty damn rare to be found as an ore.

I'll root through my chests see if I have any spare.

Not... not really. I prefer it as it is, no need to scrap off the edges once center is mined out.

 

I heard that if you run the game directly from starbound_opengl.exe and say no to running the steam app you will have less lag.

 

Good, Wyrd-test (my server) is a horrible mess and I think it killed Jonesy's computer a bit. Also can you PM me the IP.

On a side note if for some reason you want guys want to use wryd test let me know and I will send the IP... heavens help you.

For a while I was stabbing enemies with my Pecker.

Lol, they left the status testing in the banana bread. (report that as a bug)

Canon in D is a good song though.
