It would be so cool if we could descover desolate/abandoned planets with settlement in ruins, evidence of past wars and ancient artifacts/technology. Like finding the Mars Rover on a moon (or if it floated by your ship), or a blender...or an iphone- desc would be 'primitive device used to communicate'.
...there's an edit button on the forums. And 'primitive' is right for Apple products. I think stuff like that is planned for way in the future, but core things are more important.
