Bug/Issue World fails to load, starbound.log.zip attached, possible mod cause

Title says it all. Something is messed up, really messed up. Could be a mod, or somehow my game files got corrupted. >.<;

This is happening on a new character while attempting to create/load a new universe.
Can provide mod list if requested.

As always: I know how to read a log file, so I know the WHAT, just not the WHY.

 

Did a full reinstall and restart, no mods, new random character and universe, and I still get errors. It plays, but has errors.
It may be that I'm missing resources that my computer should otherwise have? I've had to reinstall windows, and am still getting it back to "normal"...
