Bug/Issue Workshop won't connect to game

So with starbound's latest update, I decided to reopen the game and start up from where I last was, however, when I clicked the cog to see which mods I had, they'd all been wiped? but on the actual workshop I still have them all subscribed, I was wondering how to fix this issue without having to meddle with all my files, as I'd most likely wipe my saves.


I can't access the workshop anymore from within the game either, so I'm assuming somethings broken? It's only me this is happening too, as my friends mods/workshop work fine.
