   I'm Still hearing People are Having Issues with this. could it be an issue with The Workshop itself? Either way I Highly Suggest using Nexus and its NMM until this Issue with steam is completely nullified.

   Not all ppl upload their mods on nexus tho and i personally don't like NMM at all. The workshop issue seems to be individual tho. Often is it permission related or an AV software blocking the access. Windows UAC also messes things up now and then.
